I hate to give a famous Red Wing credit, but Yzerman has always had a great mind for the game. Luck is a part of it, certainly, but he paid attention when playing for Scotty Bowman, and has been a student of many aspects of the game since his playing days. Add his positive reputation at pretty much every level across the hockey community, and it's no wonder his teams do well. I doff my chapeau, even to a Red wing,
