Excellent 2nd Period by The Blues. Everyone is getting back and helping out on defence. They are all (except Sanford, at times) hustling a lot in The Neutral Zone, and on the forecheck, and Husso is in the confidence zone! THIS is the way they'll need to play all playoffs long! No Turtling in The 3rd!

Husso gets the shutout!!! Blues played a solid, excellent game! Another like it tomorrow to take a good feeling into the playoffs. Great to see Kostin on the ice. He'll need a few games on the "small ice" to get going. Glad to see Krug use his body so much to take his bigger opponents out of the plays. He should have been doing that all season, instead of trying to poke check. Great to see Husso play well, and gain the needed confidence. He's got good fundamentals. It's mostly mental with him.

The Blues thoroughly dominated Minnesota this season. They need some new ideas by the shores of Silver Lake.

And yet they say Minnesota dominated Vegas, which is really why I hope we can meet the Avs in the playoffs somehow.
