Only changes I think would be Fitzpatrick moving to level 3 and swap Schmaltz and Walman right now.

Tier 4 and Tier 5 should be just one tier. There's not much separating those players.

Reminds me a bit of how HockeysFuture.com used to rate prospects with a number from 1-10, showing what their ceiling was (1-generational player, 2-top line/pairing, etc.) and a letter grade showing how likely they were to reach that potential (A-sure thing, B-may drop a ranking, C-may drop 2 rankings, etc).

Really want to see Thomas and Kyrou get legitimate chances this year.
