All,
I just got back from Mexico, haven’t even gotten caught up on the talk since I’ve been out, but immediately found out (from his wife) that our dear friend Chris “Turk Sanderson” passed away on Monday. He was 72. He was always the first one to say he was in on suite nights. He had a fantastic sense of humor and always kept this place going even in the off season. I will miss his jokes and commiseration with me about not being able to watch the Blues games.
Wherever you are, pour some out for Turk.
RIP good sir. Hope they have hockey in heaven.

Re: RIP Turk Sanderson
3Awful news. I'll always remember eagerly anticipating his GDT posts during the 2016 playoff run. He was always a delight on here. RIP Turk, hope it's ribs every night up there.
...but whatever, the Blues won the Cup!!!!!
Re: RIP Turk Sanderson
4Oh my goodness. RIP Turk. I really enjoyed our discussions on the forum.
That is too damn young.
This has just been an awful week. He's the fifth person I've lost this week.

5Man that's horrible news. I liked Turk. This is terrible and a real shocker. Fuck. I'm bummed out. I'll have to start hating on the refs for him. Damn. Just not right. I'm gonna miss him. This is a big loss.
Re: RIP Turk Sanderson

Re: RIP Turk Sanderson
8I'm very sorry to hear that. My sympathy and prayers for his family and friends.
Re: RIP Turk Sanderson
9Terrible news. His commentary has been a staple in these same Blues forums I've frequented for years. Rest in Peace and Power Turk
