He's a good, hard skating, energy 3rd or 4th line 2-way player, who was out, injured most of last season, but scored 20 goals in a season full season, playing mostly on the 3rd line. We need more like him on the bottom 2 lines.

Nice to get a look at Tucker in some games against easier teams. He seems to be playing with a lot of poise for only his 3rd game, and has played that way in all 3. We can use his toughness, energy and calmness while carrying the puck against pressure which we can't say about Mikkola

That's really bad, letting The Ducks skate freely in The Blues' Zone, so they can skate in circles around the net, until they could have a good screen to shoot behind. If The Blues had been challenging the puckhandler, that wouldn't have happened. They thought they could survive the last 25 seconds. But if you stop skating all the other team needs is about 3-4 seconds to set up a play and get off a good shot.

Not a very good power play. The Blues barely got to set up, and got no good shots.

Toropchenko, in the Ducks' crease, took the pass from a teammate behind the net, but failed to control it, and just dribbled it into Gibson.

The Blues should be scoring more against this weak team, especially at home. This type of game is the type they need to win if they want to get at least the 3rd seed in the Central, or even the 2nd, which they really will need if they want to go far in the playoffs.
