Have the Blues moved back to the central division? I feel like they are still just playing West teams non-stop. This will be the teams third meeting in the Blues first 8 games. Anyway, Saad expected back tonight.

5I don't remember hearing that Husso was hurt, or tested positive for Covid-19. What happened to him? I can't imagine him being sent down to The AHL to bring Hofer up for a tryout - especially after playing a shutout.

10I like how The Blues had 2 players right in front of the net when 2 others were taking close-in shots and passing off down low. Tarasenko has looked engaged, and Kyrou had a good chance.
But now they take an offensive zone tripping penalty. But, I can't blame an aggressive forecheck for taking penalties. It has given them good O-Zone time.

13Nice play inside O-Zone all alone, by Buchnevich. Nice extended spell of defensive play in our D-Zone by Krug. His defensive play has been improving nicely lately.

14After the first minute or two, Blues really carried the play. Even when the Kings were on the PP, they didn't generate much. Tarasenko, Thomas and Krug looking especially good to me.

15This is probably the second or third TNT game I've watched...not bad! The studio show is FAR superior to NBC's, and during live action Eddie O has bothered me a lot less than usual. Keith Jones is much better suited for his current between the benches role than in studio in my opinion. He's good down there, and seems to be a lot less stiff than he was in the studio.

19Tremendous kill by the Blues. I've said it before, easily the the most important development this year over last has been the improvement of penalty kill. If this team's pk was anything like last year's the team is probably around .500 right now.

20The Blues have already had 4 or 5 broken sticks. I've noticed that they seem to break sticks more than their opponents, regularly. Maybe they should change stick types or brands?
