Reminder that while the league continues to cancel games for other teams due to covid, they still won’t give the Blues(or other teams) temporary cap relief to field a full roster.

We get Schenn back, but lose Perron. I wonder how many games this season we have had the choice to make our best possible lineup? Not very many in my estimation.

Assuming the best lineup possible has all of Perunovich/Sundqvist/Schenn/Perron, I believe the count is 1 game. The Red Wings game last week. Of course they started Husso, so that might not even count. The following game Perron got hurt after only 3 minutes of ice time.

...but whatever, the Blues won the Cup!!!!!

I was just about to say the Blues D better figure out how to clear the front of the net because the Lightning have already had a couple good chances from guys camped in front and now they just gave up a goal to guys camped in front

Two lightning players left unbothered in front and Corey Perry pokes the loose puck in for 2 goals in the first 6 minutes

And wow right off the face off Tampa scores again. A pass that was supposed to go around the boards hits the glass and takes a weird bounce and goes in. I think the goals were literally 3 seconds apart

Another bad start. They'd better kill off this penalty! ........and Perry is left alone in front and pops it in! Down 2-0! BOOOOOO!!! And another goal against goes in before I can finish typing this one!!! Double BOOOOOO!!!!
