A couple of ol' battle axes (RIP Norm) trying to make the team. Frolik would make sense in a bottom 6 role if he could stay on the ice, but I'm not sure he can anymore. Neal has been on the decline for years, but did manage to score 19 in 55 games 2 years ago. I recall he just got off to a blistering start then wasn't very productive the rest of the year. We'll see what happens. I imagine these PTOs are more similar to the one issued to Ryan Whitney at the end of his career than the one issued to Hoffman last year.
