It is most likely in their contract with NBC Universal that they cannot stream games via gamecenter. NBC pays the NHL to have the rights to playoff games, and NBC wants you to subscribe via cable/satellite/fiber packages that include all of their NBC channels. Definitely understand for the families going to playoff games on the weekdays, that will be tough. My daughter is in bed on weeknights by the time the puck will drop for game 1.

It's kind of funny that 24 years ago I had Blues season tickets....which believe it or not I couldn't really afford at the time but I had to have them. Now I can afford them but I can't justify spending that much or even spending that much on playoff tickets. I did however just spend $440 on season...

Kings have small chance at wild card, the best chance for them is to get that 3rd spot in pacific.They will need to be Calgary in regulation to still have a chance. As a blues fan, I am of course rooting for them to miss the playoffs.
