Why don't we have a "smiley" (figure) of a character kicking the wall? We don't even have one knocking his head against the wall. This is really frustrating. At 69 years old, I feel like joining a beer league for "seniors" (oldies), and knocking a bunch of players into the board...

I expect them to play well because their backs are to the wall, and that's the only time they can be counted on to give it a full effort. That doesn't mean they'll win though, because you can play well and still manage to lose for a myriad of reasons, especially when you are going against a good tea...

You can't install confidence in players by making them afraid. Their problem in last night's game wasn't laziness. It was lack of confidence. They didn't believe they were the better team, and didn't believe that what they can do would lead them to the win. So, they made a lot of errors, and lost. ...
