Home game question...

I have tickets for the Kings next week. If anyone has attended a game this year and can help a brother out, I was wondering if any concessions will be open and if not, are you allowed to bring anything in?

If he didn't have a history I could see the argument based on NHL player safety precedent of a fine, which would suck.
