Whenever the rumor mill picks up steam on something like the Timo Meier deal, I figure it's even less likely to happen. Was there even a whisper about the O'Reilly deal before it happened? First place I saw it announced was by the team on twitter. Armstrong keeps a tight lid on trades.

yeah. and, because i haven't been able to watch, i have not yet begun to bitch about the digital ads and ads on uniforms... read the comments on the twitter thread i posted in the other thread. pretty much every single one mentions blackouts, digital ads, or both. I wish they'd get rid of the digit...

As an out-of-town fan, I've subscribed for 20 years to their variations of NHL Center Ice, NHL Gamecenter, NHL.TV, etc. Happy to pay it, and got nearly every game without blackouts. Now I can get most of the games with my ESPN+ subscription at a reasonable pric...

I got 2 free tix in the lower bowl for tonight! I was at a meeting for work, and a guy was complaining that he couldn't sell his tickets and ended up giving them to me for free. I know it's a Monday night, but it's pretty sad that the Avs games aren't selling out right after they won the Cup. hell ...

I have the ESPN+ package which gives me most of the Blues games since I'm in Denver, but there are still plenty that are not available. I pull up NHL66 on the laptop, plug an HDMI into the TV, and go. Honestly the stream is almost as good as the one I'm paying for. And I can start late and fast forw...

Rope Hintz with his 4th goal of season already. I know he was a breakout candidate this year and it looks like he’s breaking out. Speaking of Dallas, Bishop has looked not so good thus far. I've got Bishop and Jones on my fantasy team. I think the Blues mentally destroyed both of them last year. Ugh.
