Parayko would never lose that race to the puck if he were healthy. So he's restricted both in range of motion and in skating speed. But his return to the lineup still is a positive for The Blues. That just points out how terrible The Blues' depth on defence is.

The Blues let Conner sneak right straight out in front of the net to receive the pass from behind the net, and he lets thge shot go instantly, and it flies by Binnington. Jets lead 2-1.

The Blues had some good chances near the end of the period. They'll need to lay it all on the line in The 3rd. Snuggerud is looking really good, and very comfortable. It's great that he got to play in The NHL playoffs this season. Good for Bolduc, too.

A good 1st Period by The Blues on the road against the President's Trophy team, who took the play to The Jets, early. Snuggerud scored the first of his power play goals, and his 1st of many playoff goals. Let's have an even better 2nd Period!

Nice pass play by Scheifle to Conner, who drifted slowly back away from Parayko, and the pass came right to him, and he buried it past Binnington for The Game Winner, as Lowrey wins the race to the puck and buries the empty-netter.

Parayko was standing right near Iafalo, but ther latter beat him to the puck in the crease, and sent it between him and Binnington, for the tying goal. Even at 3-3. Nervous time.
