Although the whole thing sounds kind of goopy. Like a damn good way to catch a life altering disease.
If a guy was to go to Miami for this, that's one way to help stop over-masturbating. However, if you don't go, and just sit at home and masturbate to the whole idea of this project, well then that's the opposite effect, contributing to over-masturbating.
