Scoreboard Watching – 4/2/15 Edition

If the playoffs started tonight: Jets at Ducks, Wild at Preds, Hawks at Blues, Flames at Canucks; Bruins at Rangers, Caps at Canadians, Wings at Lightning, Pens at Islanders.

NY Islanders v Columbus. Islanders – Isles and Pens tied for 2nd in Metro with Caps and Bruins closing in and all have 5 games left including tonight. Isles, Pens, and Caps also have ROW of 38.

Washington v Montreal. Washington – only because I like the Caps over the Pens and would rather see the Pens as a Wild Card.

Tampa Bay v Ottawa. Ottawa – Sens only three points behind Boston with one game in hand for Wild Card.

Carolina v Florida. Florida – but Florida is just about out of it and did not make the late season push they needed.

Boston v Detroit. Boston – huge game in the East with a regulation win putting the Bruins in a tie with the Wings though the Wings have a game in hand.

NY Rangers v Minnesota. Rangers – worst case scenario for the Blues is that the Wild could push the Blues back to a Wild Card.

Calgary v St. Louis. St. Louis – I would not mind this being a three-pointer with a Blues win OT as that hurts the Kings.

Vancouver v Chicago. Chicago – looks like 2nd in the Central will come down to the two Blues-Hawks games.

Edmonton v Los Angeles. Edmonton – some how, some way, any way.
