Last few games have been what this team can be. Good to see this level of effort and attention to detail back in their game. Playing like this, they’re legit cup contenders.

The Blues' defence would be signicantly worse without Pietrangelo. Tonight, The Blues are playing extra hard because he is out, and Faulk is on the top pairing. They couldn't play this hard every game in a season. They are definitely NOT better without Pietrangelo

Great first 2 periods by The Blues! Total domination of possession, and super team defence. There are NO gaps tonight. Pietrangelo is out, so Berube told the team, "no gaps tonight", and they followed his orders like clockwork. Now, they can just keep control of the puck, leave no room in any zone, and try to stay in The Stars' zone the whole 3rd, and win this one going away.

I don’t know man. I think tonight shows he’s been holding them back.
