I get that they want to get the call right, but why narrow the review rule to double-minor high sticking? So, if the stick goes two inches higher and catches Sundqvist on the visor, it's a 2-minute minor that can't be reviewed?

Yeah, not a fan of all the new rules. If you try to make it so perfect you'll eventually take the game out.

The Blues survive the penalty, and finish off the period. Decent 2nd Period. It should be 2-0. An icing should have been called on Arizona, and The Blues stopped skating for an instant, and got off balance, someone missed an easy clear, and The Yotes scored. The Yotes have had energy spurts. But, overall, The Blues have been winning most of the puck battles, and even the races for the puck. The Blues have had several opportunities, but had many of their shots interfered with. They need to make their decisions to shoot, faster. Even if the shots are blocked, they should get more rebounds, as they're fresher, and they've generally been first to the puck. They just need to keep skating hard, and keep putting the body to The Yotes, and taking the puck away. More possession, more chances to score. Less possession for the opponents, less time they are in your zone, less chance for the puck to go into your net.

A very important penalty kill for The Blues. But, they fail to kill it, because of some fast skating and precise passing by The Coyotes. Too bad, because it really shouldn't have been a penalty, because a 200 lb. player shouldn't go down to the ice from such a weak push.

Is there a return policy on 72, I cringe every time he touches the puck. He seems to always circle back allowing the yotes to close the gaps, stupid.

The Blues need to play with lots of intensity and determination on this power play to make sure they take advantage of it, and with a little luck, score the lead goal.

Yet another OT. But, I'm disappointed. The Blues should have won this game in regulation - especially being rested, playing against a team that didn't arrive in St. Louis until 3:00 AM last night.
