Through 4 games, 1 series is over, 1 is 3-1, and the other 6 are 2-2. Kind of wild how tight all the series have been despite not that many actual close games.

The last 4 years they've won in the first round in an average of 4.5 games. They lost in the second round every time. They should've put all the black aces in for a couple nights.

They had a shot at Tarasenko and refused it.
I doubt the NHL wanted another bad choice to be made from the Seattle franchise.

I've liked the Kings from way early in the season. They just looked good to me. I'd of taken them in this series for sure but I thought the loss of Doughty would catch up with them. So far it hasn't.

Not saying he is a bad coach or anything but what better time to bring in a rookie coaching staff.

I just never know what to make of the Islanders. Lambert was supposedly going to be a hot candidate for open HC positions, but he's been that way for years. Besides Barzal, that roster has a lot of key players getting on in years. Unless they make big changes they seem like a high floor, low ceiling team.

How fortunate for the NHL to have all of these regional matchups align in the second round when the TV profits can be maximized... or its a globalist plot to destabilize America and kick start the great reset?
