MLS back on the table for St Louis?

Taylor Family and Jim Kavanuagh held a press conference about it today.

In a statement on the page the group says:
Our ownership group is 100% local and committed to St. Louis with a longstanding record of business and deep ties to the local community.
The team would be majority female-owned and the overwhelmingly privately funded, with no Tax Increment Financing (TIF) or city tax investment required.
We believe it is important to be upfront and as specific as possible on what our proposal is, and what impact there will be for the city, state and region. We will use this site to provide updates and information on our bid and proposal.
