Best practice in 2 years yesterday!!! How oddly specific. Sounds like Yak is back in the press box. Hard to believe Armstrong might have gotten fleeced on a trade in which he gave up a third round pick and a guy who will never play a game in the NHL.

Anyway, I think things take a step in the right direction tonight. Buffalo makes for a pretty good slump buster. LGB!
