I love John, he had me cracking up at the Arizona part. And I was SO expecting him to tell St. Louis that they weren't just the rams...they were also the cardinals and a mediocre hockey team  . Really though he does make good points, many owners profit pretty unfairly from fans and citizens simply because those citizens care about teams the owners themselves may not even care about.

Just watched it, and he makes a lot of good points. Unfortunately as long as politicians are involved I really don't have much hope for change. At some point it is going to take federal involvement because local politicians and very rich men want to keep this charade going.

No offense to anyone here, but I don't have much faith in the public to vote no on these ridiculous stadiums using public money. The owners take advantage of the fans' passion.

I'm with you, never found appeal with him. Loved his bits on the Daily Show but nothing after. Kinda feel you and I are on an island here though. Watch your hands.

I don't agree with everything he has said, but he does spark discussions on important topics. I think this country needs more of that.

Never will understand hoe using public money to build a 500 million $ stadium in St. Louis helps out a 7.25$ an hour worker in Branson. Not like he can afford a ticket. That's not putting his tax dollars to work for him. But I guess million and billionaires need to eat too.

#RIPDAVYBOY

"An autopsy revealed that past anabolic steroid use may have played a part in his death, but no certain reason was found. It is apparent that stress, serious injuries, and the use of drugs took its toll on the wrestler. Bruce Hart claimed "Davey paid the price with steroid cocktails and human-growth hormones."

There will always be some people who don't benefit as much as others.

In the end, the state would have to decide if the total benefits outway the total costs. They can't worry about a guy in Branson.

In the end, I have a hard time believing the state of Missouri will be better off without the Rams. 2 NFL teams is a big deal for the state.

You would make more money booking conventions, and ultimately that is how they are going to sell the new...SOCCER stadium to the tax payers.
