you may notice the "youtube" button above the posting text box. intended usage is as follows:

[youtube]<youtu.be url>[/youtube]

example:

[youtube]http://youtu.be/SgyeshD8RJY[/youtube]

and NOT:

[youtube]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n18-0DCMuOQ&feature=g-vrec&context=G257b393RVAAAAAAAAAA[/youtube]

changed this to use the youtu.be URL instead. this should be easier. i'll fix anything that's hosed now, let's use this going forward.
