Back to the bottom......BBQ competition is brutal......did my first KCBS style four meat competition.....got destroyed.....worst is these guys showed up at 7:30 am.....loaded up their barrel smokers......sat around drinking and took home grand champion. It is all technique.......have a lot to learn by spring.
