Meanwhile in the battle of the two Blues farm clubs:
Rampage win the period with Agozzino's lone goal and then Klim Kostin wins the fight with a KO of former Rampage center Wade Megan. 1-0 after 20.
While you hope to avoid friendly fire, it's nice to see the kid has some spunk.
...but whatever, the Blues won the Cup!!!!!

Spirited bout, until Megan lost his balance & Kostin clocked him.

He will get it down once he is up with the big club. Just let AP, Berglund, and Parayko take him under their wing and teach him the fine art of being soft.

He turned into a heck of a player.
All around bad chain of events because they wanted Voracek, traded out so the Sharks could take Couture. Settled for Lars Eller. So many close calls in Blues history that if only a few things had gone different, this franchises story would be so different.

Depending on what happens with Allen and Hutton in regards to next year, Keith Kincaid is someone we should be looking at. He's got one more year left on his deal with the Devils.

Yeah, he looks pretty good. Devils win the shootout - Hall and Boyle tally and Turris pots one for Preds.

Boyle would look so good on next years Blues team, perfect role player/bottom six forward.

It's fun watching Boston play. Easy to see why they have come from behind more often than any other team this season. They play the game the right way. 60 minutes of effort, hustling shift after shift. Wingers come back and help out their D. Defensemen actually get in the way of opposing forwards who try to crash the net.
Refreshing.

Maybe the Blues can learn some of that from them next week. For use next season, that is.

I just looked it up, Boyle is under contract for 1 more year. And at 2.7M - Ouch! That's a bargain. You're right, he would be an upgrade over what we have. Now Grabner, the former Ranger, he's a free agent next year. That guy can fly. Can you believe his cap hit was only 1.6M this year? Why are we paying Sobotka's and Berglund's so much money at long term????

Man, Radulov with his 25th goal. 60 pts in 69 games. Plays with intensity, plays a complete game, can rough it up. He's been great these past 2 years in his return to the NHL.

Dallas still has the inside track to the coveted 1st Wild Card slot. Right now they're set to match up with Vegas in the 1st round and that's a match up they'll gladly take. Anyone from the Central that can claim that spot would take it and run.
