First 12 games - 3 goals 1 assist. All came in one game
Next 11 games - 4 goals 8 assist. Points in 9 of the 11 games
Last 10 games - 0 goals 1 assist.
He's been more responsible in the defensive end I'd say, but his inconsistency and disappearing acts are the same as he's always been.

2He's an easy mark for any referee who needs to meet his penalty quota. Sometimes deserved...sometimes not.

Just a Russian propaganda account

4He was producing and then was moved to a line with Berglund and Jaskin. Then for some reason the production dried up (sarcasm).

5That was painful...total mismanagement of talent.TR-USA wrote:He was producing and then was moved to a line with Berglund and Jaskin. Then for some reason the production dried up (sarcasm).

6At least he scored the game winner in OT tonight. He projects to get 21 goals and 27 assists right after having a long drought. So, even with his streaks, he should end up outproducing Brouwer in points. He's reasonably responsible on defence, fights for the puck in the corners and for position in front of the net.If he starts on another hot streak now, I'd say he is playing good enough to warrant he signing.

7As with Steen on the third line, skating with the dumpster fire known as Jaskin.CaptSMRT wrote:That was painful...total mismanagement of talent.TR-USA wrote:He was producing and then was moved to a line with Berglund and Jaskin. Then for some reason the production dried up (sarcasm).

8DP is a "let it ride bet", especially with the season the Blues are having. I was a hater during his first stint, but I like his energy and he has demonstrated conformity with his skate color choice. Plus he nets a few.Robb_K wrote:At least he scored the game winner in OT tonight. He projects to get 21 goals and 27 assists right after having a long drought. 9Agreed. I was a big Perron fan, but his lack of discipline and refusal to play the system, wore me down his last two seasons here. He's clearly a better player now. Perhaps not as flashy, but certainly more effective because he's learned the value of playing with the team instead of trying to win it all himself. Besides, it's not like we have any better options in the minors right now.Notebly Blue wrote:DP is a "let it ride bet", especially with the season the Blues are having. 10I've always wanted to be a Perron fan but as soon as he does something productive he not only commits bone headed penalties. He has a nack for committing offensive zone penalties. More so when he was younger.
Re: Breaking: David Perron is in fact, David Perron
11Ya know... if a player or two aren't really going to block the shot, then they should get out of the way so that the goalie can see the puck. The Blues screen their own goalies as good as any team around.

12No doubt about it. Our "#1 dman" is probably our #1 "screener."Turk Sanderson wrote:Ya know... if a player or two aren't really going to block the shot, then they should get out of the way so that the goalie can see the puck. The Blues screen their own goalies as good as any team around.
