The Blues lost because karma is a cruel bitch. Their ownership/ops were complicit in preventing you & many other hockey fans from following & supporting the teams you love. For that selfish act of bullshit, their post-season ended unceremoniously. Now that needs to happen to each of the other teams in the League, and Bettman can present the Stanley Cup to himself on the empty sheet of ice in a silent arena. Just as he's always dreamed.

The offense underachieved in the playoffs. But as a team they did as expected as the season played out. If they had lost to anyone else in the west it would’ve been a failure
Just a Russian propaganda account

I thought the Blues looked great, but they totally fucked up the last 15 seconds of the game. 15 seconds to go, Colorado has puck behind their net, and 3 Blues stay down low inside their blue line. Why? WTF are you going to do now? End the fuckn game and stay back at mid ice. Schenn, Buch and Kyrou stay low and it gave the Avs a breakout opportunity. And of course Kyrou gets beat wide and the rest is history. Just like Florida fucked up the last 10 seconds of Game 2, Blues fucked up the last 15 last night. Game was done guys, play for OT. Fuck.
You left out the most important part. Husso missed a puck 98% of professional goalies stop.
...but whatever, the Blues won the Cup!!!!!

Not only did Kyrou fail to score on two plays with lots of open net showing, but, it was really his fault that Helm even was able to take the winning shot. He was guarding E.J. near the halfboards in The Avs' Zone, with about 8 seconds left. He's a faster skater, by far than E.J. All he had to do was get in front of him and stall his progress, and stick with him after he'd try to get around Kyrou, all the while while more seconds burn off the clock. He not only didn't try to hit E.J., or get his stick on the puck, but he also let the big, slow, and 34 year old D-Man get around him and skate freely into The Blues' Zone! This is the 24 year old All Star who won The NHL All Stars Fastest Skater Contest!!!! What kind of effort is that when a trip to The NHL Western Conference Finals, and possibly The Stanley Cup is involved? He scored 9 playoff points in 12 games, but he needs to learn to be a heart-and-soul player at least in the playoffs. He needs to watch O'Reilly, Schenn, and Perron.

Yeah. 1.75 GA and .948 save percentage out the door. Could of been a Cup run but we’ll never know.

After seeing what he (didn’t) do on McKinnon the prior game, I hope no one is surprised. Same shit, different play.
