8That 4th line looks perfect.
Always weird when your starter needs a rest from the All-Star break

12Second half of the season begins for real tonight! Need a big game from Jake and thinking Parayko is going to be a stud on D tonight with a couple big hits and a goal.

Re: GDT: Blues at Canucks 1/27 9 pm
15Perron circles the net and sends a pass in front, and Sanford, right in the perfect spot, taps it in!!! Blues lead 1-0!!! As I type, Allen makes a great save at the other end!!! End to end action!! The Blues have been flying!!!
Re: GDT: Blues at Canucks 1/27 9 pm
17The Blues seem really energetic early. That's a good sign. They are skating really well. Nice to see Parayko and Kyrou back in the lineup, and Blais should return in one or two games.
Re: GDT: Blues at Canucks 1/27 9 pm
18Sanford has looked very good in this game so far. Just as a lot of the forwards are returning (except MacEachern getting hurt), Sanford has been playing well enough to stay in the lineup. I hope that finally, he can keep it up. He needs to contribute a lot to The Blues' winning if he's going to occupy a regular scoring line position. And even if someone else who is better is available, Sanford then needs to increase his trade value, significantly, so The Blues can build up their prospects pool once again.
Re: GDT: Blues at Canucks 1/27 9 pm
19Good 1st Period by The Blues on the road, first game in over a week, and against a solid, fast-skating team. Allen has played well. So has Kyrou. Parayko looked good, coming off the injury.

Re: GDT: Blues at Canucks 1/27 9 pm
21The way he reacted, I'll be surprised if it's not a break. He looked like he was in excruciating pain. But he's back on the bench. So, I guess they X-Rayed it, and saw no break. Lucky for him, and The Blues.
Re: GDT: Blues at Canucks 1/27 9 pm
22Demko mayed a couple super saves, robbing Schenn. Weak penalty call on Perron. He gets penalties just on reputation, alone. Blues will need to be good against this High-scoring team's PP.
Re: GDT: Blues at Canucks 1/27 9 pm
25The Blues wasted most of a power play just before The 2nd Period ended. They've played too well to be trailing. They need to come out very determined at the start of The 3rd.
