What’s the point of Bortuzzo if he’s not just gonna start swinging at Kassian at the end of the game there. Questionable hit on Sunny and then doing that to Petro.

GREAT 4 game home stand, we beat 3 very good, solid, respectable teams. And Chicago.

God damn.....a little more exciting at the end than I would have preferred, but Jesus, another fantastic by the Blues.

Even allowing for a couple of posts and missed shots on both sides, it really was a clinic by both goalies. If Koskinen isn't SUPER-sharp all game long, it could easily have been 4-1 Blues or more.

Great win for The Blues. They were cheated on The Oilers' goal. It shouldn't have been a penalty on The Oilers, because the interference happened because the player's momentum carried him into Allen. But, the goal shouldn't have counted because Allen couldn't get back to position in front of the net because an Oiler was in his way. There should have been no goal for The Oilers, and no penalty for losing the challenge. But The Blues played valiantly, 4 against 6, to preserve the win, sacrificing their bodies to make blocks, or, at least get in they way to make the Oilers decide not to shoot. It's just too bad that Allen lost his shutout that he deserved.

Yeah. It was bizarre, because the refs made him sit in the box for his penalty, and then as soon as the Blues had killed the penalty, concussion spotters took him out of the game. Berube was ripping into the refs after the end of the first. A), it should have been a penalty on Kassian, and B), quite ridiculous that the whole concussion protocol deal doesn't have good enough communication with the refs that they have a guy who they think might be concussed sit in the penalty box for two minutes. SunnyD came back, so he wasn't concussed, but what if he was? Pretty poor in my opinion

He always could be. Sometimes symptoms take a while to show up.

DLR led the Blues forwards in SH TOI at 3:20. He's settled in quite nice as the 4th line center, PK specialist.

DLR has adjusted well. Will be interesting to see what happens when we have a healthy lineup.
