What a game! Both sides played their ass off, but Allen was a stud. Blues, injuries be damned, just buckle down and play their game.
Going into this game, I gave them little chance to win, but these guys are really mentally tough!

Over his last 4 games, Allen has a .944 SV% and a GAA just under 2.00. That's what we need from a backup!

The Blues played a terrific tight-checking game, and Allen played very very well. Walker and Pouliot coming up, played excellently, as did Pietrangelo, Parayko, O'Reilly, Dunn, Barbashev, Perron - just about ALL The Blues fought hard all game, and played very well tonight.

Was watching at a bar with some friends, so not very intently, but from what I saw Allen played very well. Good to see. If we can get good games out of home consistently that’ll be big. Don’t want to wear down Binner

If you can go up against one of the best teams in the NHL in their building with your backup goalie and a depleted lineup and come away with 2 points, you're a pretty good team. Not to mention how badly Dallas has to be wanting revenge. What a kick in the balls for them...

What a turn around it has been. Maybe coaching and a confident/skilled goalie DOES make a difference?!?!

He'd be a better player if he'd stop trying to be a hard-ass and just play the game. He has the skills, but not the mindset.

Yeah. He's always been an incredible skater. If he's healthy, JBo might play till he's 80.
