2777So I guess he’s looking at 5+ games
Just a Russian propaganda account
Re: News and Games around the NHL
2778Rasmus Ristolainen had a nasty nasty bout of Covid, comes back and had to deal with this.
Poor bastard.

2781“In person hearing via zoom” - that’s not a thing, and not how that works.
Also, glad he got slapped pretty hard. That was a direct head hit coming from a distance by a guy that’s done it his entire career. He should be excommunicated before he kills someone.
Re: News and Games around the NHL
2782I had a customer many years ago request that I "fax the original" of a contractual letter to him. After two attempts to convince him it was a feat beyond then-current technology, I finally said: "Sure, it's on its way." Never heard a peep out of him on the topic thereafter. Mission accomplished for all parties involved.T.C. wrote: Sun Mar 07, 2021 8:50 am“In person hearing via zoom” - that’s not a thing, and not how that works. ...
Re: News and Games around the NHL
2783Watching "Tough Guy: The Bob Probert Story" tonight.
Good show. Different times.

Re: News and Games around the NHL
2784I respectfully disagree with this decision. Its a rough game. Seabrook was given a single game for knocking Backes out.
Re: News and Games around the NHL
2785Well let’s hope the Seabrook decision is not the basis for all other decisions.
I think Tom Wilson’s history plays a big factor here

Re: News and Games around the NHL
2786Seabrook's hit was in the playoffs and he didn't have a suspension history (I think). That hit was also the angriest I've ever been at an announcer. Video provided below. Listening to Eddio O try to say it was a clean hit because Seabrook didn't leave his feet was just absolutely infuriating. Eventually Brian Engblom tells him...he hit him right in the head, dumbass! Anyway Wilson didn't even appeal his suspension, which tells you he probably thought he got off easy.

Re: News and Games around the NHL
2787I thought about this yesterday watching the Hawks game. I think it was Connor Murphy who did a number on someone behind the net. Murphy though did level the guy in the chest and both his skates were on the ice. Wasn't blatant like Seabrook who went for the head................I still remember the hand shake after the series, you could see Seabrook say "sorry about that" and Backes said "that's all right".....................and what about that bitch yelling at Backes? The guy is fucked up and hurting and she's yelling venom at Backes...............Dave's a mess wrote: Mon Mar 08, 2021 9:05 amSeabrook's hit was in the playoffs and he didn't have a suspension history (I think). 2789What a fucked up franchise. And Dahlin has been shit this year.
Re: News and Games around the NHL
2790I think Eichel gets traded to a team like LA in the offseason and finally makes an impact.
Re: News and Games around the NHL
2791LA is going in the right direction.ratonmono wrote: Tue Mar 09, 2021 12:23 pm I think Eichel gets traded to a team like LA in the offseason and finally makes an impact.
Re: News and Games around the NHL
2792There's been some speculation about sending him to the Rangers. LA makes sense too. Both teams with young pieces to give up and cap space to spare.ratonmono wrote: Tue Mar 09, 2021 12:23 pm I think Eichel gets traded to a team like LA in the offseason and finally makes an impact.

2794Basically every reply to that tweet is saying the same thing, and they're all correct:
Let's Fucking Go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: News and Games around the NHL
2796Is that true or are you just guessing? Gary Thorne would be great.
Re: News and Games around the NHL
2797Thorne does have an opening on his calendar now.
